KUAZ -Best Radio Station for News

The "Tucson Weekly" once again has named KUAZ the "Best Radio Station for News." The latest award marks the seventh time in eight years (six consecutive) that KUAZ has been recognized by the newspaper's readers.

A Presidential Address

KUAZ 89.1 FM will air live coverage of President Bush's address to the nation from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The topic will be the nation's economic crisis and the proposed $700 billion plan to fix it.

Roundtable Special

Join local political commentators as they analyze the first presidential debate. The Roundtable will air at 8:00 p.m. Friday, following PBS coverage of the debate.
