A judge has blocked Arizona from collecting $1.1 million from the city of Flagstaff to compensate for its minimum wage that is higher than the state's rate.
The bill, introduced by Rep. Raúl Grijalva, would take the tribally owned lands and put them into trust for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe — making way for a third Pascua Yaqui casino.
