In response to strong community interest, additional public meetings for Project Blue have been scheduled to ensure that as many Tucson residents as possible can participate. The first meeting, held on Wednesday, July 23, at Mica Mountain High School, marked the beginning of the community outreach for the proposed data center campus.

To further accommodate public engagement, a second virtual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. Residents are encouraged to join the online discussion.

Additionally, a third meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Tucson Convention Center's Grand Ballroom, located at 260 S. Church Ave. This will allow attendees to learn more about the project, ask questions, and express concerns in person.

Project Blue is a proposed data center development within the City of Tucson, located on a 290-acre parcel of land owned by Pima County. The site is situated west of Houghton Road and north of Brekke Road. The project is expected to have a significant impact on the community, with discussions around water and energy supplies being central to many of the public's concerns.

The community is urged to participate in these meetings to stay informed and share input on this project. For more information about Project Blue, including details on energy and water supply plans, visit the official project websites linked below:
