Walking Dogs for a Good Cause

AZPM Volunteers made new four-legged friends at PACC.

Walking dogs with PACC

A group of AZPM staff and their family members walked dogs at Pima Animal Care Center on October 20. Dozens of volunteers reported to the new PACC facility on Silverbell early that Saturday morning eager to meet their four-legged companions.

Providing shelter dogs with exercise and human interaction is vital in their care and development and can often lead to them finding forever homes.

Volunteers play a vital role in contributing an average of 50,000 hours of service and helping the more than 20,000 pets who pass through PACC's doors every year.
